Tatham Consultancy founder, Jonathan Webster, has extensive Sales, Marketing and General Management experience in various industries. Classically trained in a 'blue chip' environment, his career has prospered from Sales Executive to Senior Management in several of the top 100 companies in the United Kingdom. 


He has also operated successfully as Sales Director of a medium sized business and recognises the need of small companies, who may not have the necessary infrastructure, to train and develop personnel.


Jonathan also has an extensive Account and Man Management background in addition to 'hands on' experience as a National Training Manager with a major PLC. 


Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and  opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with  timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. We also offer  a suite of quality products that will help you get there quickly and  smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.
